Our banner delivery system IS NOT PERL/CGI, Cold Fusion or MySql based. Perl/CGI and other languages require too much cpu and memory overhead. These types of banner delivery programs can cause system overloads, system panics, reboots, crashes and possible lost data. The core of our system is written in C. Only the support programs (i.e. system webpages) which are NOT called frequently are written in the Perl/CGI/HTML languages. It is a must for any banner exchange system you look at to be written in a fast access language like C language.

Each banner delivered on a Perl/CGI based system can take a quarter of a second to several seconds to process. Written in C it only take 1 or 2 Hundreds of a second per banner. If you only intend to only deliver a few hundred to a couple thousand banners a day Perl/CGI may work for you. If you intend to make a profit and deliver thousands to several million banners a day read on.

1. The system is written in several languages for speed, effectiveness and ease of modification by the administrator.
   • The parts which need to be fast are written in C Language.
   • Support programs are written in HTML, Perl and CTM*.
   • Most all of the webpages are written in our new CTM* format this allows you to use #META# functions to add special items to your webpages. Such as calling up statistics, ratios, webpage colors and much much more. When you change the values in your administration webpage the system changes all of the webpages automatically that you have used the #META# functions in. Thus saving you a lot of time when you change system variables. This same technique is used on the users accounts allowing you to call up individual data items from a users file when they login. This is a simple and easy to use function included with the system. If you decide not to use this function you can simply replace webpages with your own.
   • * This new CTM format is exactly the same as HTML but it allows you to enter #META# information. Example #DATE# shows the current time and date, #INSERT#filename# Allows you to insert a file or another webpage, #BANW# x #BANH# will show the current allowed banner Height and width e.g. 400 x 40, #BANS# shows the current allowable banner size in bytes. Almost every item you set in your admin page is displayable using these #META# tags. This allows you to change the information in one place and it changes it on every webpage in the system.
2. You can assign the number of free sign up credits a user will receive when they join your banner exchange.
3. The system is very user(admin) configurable in the administration section. You can allow or disallow functions. The information below is set on a global scale so when users sign up they are all treated the same. You (the admin) can change an individuals single account record at any time to override the global defaults.
• You define how many accounts you will allow per user. One account can be used on hundreds of webpages. generally one account is enough.
• You can allow people to purchase banners from you. The users purchase is immediately placed in there account. See Sample
  • You define the number of levels and how many banners and the prices.
• You decide if you want a user to be able change there user profile or not.
• You can define up to 100+ different categories for your users.
• The system gives you a graphic view of your banners and system banners being displayed as well as ratios/clicks/hours and much more
• The system keeps a track in calendar form as to how many banners you display per day.
• You have the ability to enter certain words in to a word filter.
  • If any of the words you enter are found on a users webpage the system will deny the users signing up.
  • If you allow adult material this filter is not used on the adult category.
  • If you allow both regular and adult banners on your system the adult sites will not be checked.
  • Adult banners will only show up on Adult category sites.
• The HTML code can be requested by your user and Emailed to them as well as being displayed on there monitor for them if they wish to use copy-n-paste. Or, Automated HTML Code insertion. Many people do not have the ability to insert the HTML Code in there webpages, primarily because they do not know how to use wordpad or an HTML editor. We have made it simple for them. All your user does is enter the web address of the web page they want the code inserted on. The system retrieves there webpage, inserts the HTML then the user save the new webpage from there browser and upload it to there website.
• Online banner creation software. This is an optional . It does require two free graphics programs to be installed on your system to work.
• Up to 4 banners are allowed per account. You can decrease this in your admin function page. The user can define what percentage of the total displays will be done by each banner.
• 24+ Click points per banner. The user can define areas on there banner that when clicked on will go to different webpages.
• Jpeg, Jpg and Gif banners, interlaced and animated allowed.
• Rich text banners when using the JavaScript HTML coding.
• The user can upload there banners from there Hard drive or from a website address.
• You define the dimensions of the banner (e.g. 400x40, 468x60 etc) and how large in bytes you will allow users banners to be.
• You can deliver banners locally from your system or remotely from the users web location(saves you bandwidth costs).
• Routinely the system will check to be sure that the remote banner exists. If it can not find it on the users website the system will place the users account on hold and Email the user and tell them the banner is not available and they should correct the problem.
• You can display a click bar(size definable by you) .jpg/.gif under your users banners which can have several click points or logos on the side of the banner (Up to 6 different)
• Nightly reports can be sent to the user if you allow it and the user selects them to be sent.
• The user can define what hours of the day to display there banners.
• User can specify the maximum amount of banners they want to display per day.
  (The delivery is calculated by minute to ensure your users are still displaying banners at 11:55 PM)
• Three priority levels are available for you to assign your users.
• Minimal allow basics and user can define what hours they want there banners displayed.
• Allow above and nightly reports and select rotation options.
• Allow above and user can lock out accounts from being displayed on there site. This is useful to allow the user in case they have a miss categorized banner showing up on there site. The user can stop it without bothering you.
• You can give users a good reason to place the banner code high on there webpage by giving those who comply a preferred rating 3:2 (You define) ratio instead of 2:1 (You define) Plus you can assign how many credits a preferred user will get when someone clicks on a banner from there website. Or you can disallow this function.
• In addition to the 100+ categories you can assign up to 5 age group/category names to the system. Adult category will not allow banners to be displayed on any other users account that is not also adult.
• If you allow the State option to be used the users can specify what states they want there banners displayed. This uses the original accounts state for the definition. In the future IPV6 will allow this for browsers as well. An upgrade will be made available at that time.
• You can use the built in referral program and setup a referral program that will give your users free banners and/or cash incentives.
• Multiple clicks on a banner on the same webpage are not recorded. Only the first valid click is.
• Repeated reloading of webpages will kick in a block on that users ip number.
